A private, judgment-free look at understanding PMO (pornography, masturbation, and the cycle that connects them) and when a pattern might be worth paying closer attention to. Through guided reflection and general discussion, not personal disclosure, this session explores what drives the cycle, what it's actually doing for you in the moment, and where you might want to go from here. No pressure to share, no assumptions about where you're starting from.

Who should attend:
Anyone who's noticed pornography or masturbation becoming a pattern they can't quite explain, whether that's mild curiosity or something that's started to feel harder to control. Especially relevant if this is a topic you've never had space to talk about openly. No disclosure required.
What to expect:
A quiet, judgment-free session, not group therapy, and nothing graphic covered. You'll learn how the cycle behind this pattern actually works, reflect privately on your own experience without sharing anything aloud, and leave with a few gentle starting points if you want to explore further.
