About Us

The Cyrus and Priya Vandrevala Foundation is a non-profit that partners with organizations to help communities thrive by providing education and healthcare.
Vandrevala Foundation launched a mental health helpline in India in 2009 to offer free psychological counselling and crisis mediation to anyone who is experiencing distress due to depression, trauma, mood disorders, chronic illness, and relationship conflict, to name a few.
14 years of supporting those who need mental and emotional counselling, we have facilitated 1 million+ conversations to date. Our emergency mental health support service is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our Story
After 14 years of supporting those who need counseling, we are expanding our effort by building a  counseling platform that enables people to resolve issues efficiently. Not all issues can be resolved through crisis intervention, especially when they have a long history. Long-term therapy can resolve these issues by helping you uncover matters that impact your mental health and find methods to help you cope and build resilience.

On this platform, our network of professional counsellors – those with a post graduate degree in psychology, psychiatric social work or an M.Phil or PhD in psychology, are allowed to charge for their services. Each session costs Rs.500/- and can last up to an hour.
