Procrastination along with being a productivity concern, is also often an emotional regulation difficulty linked to anxiety, shame, and avoidance coping. Group therapy sessions can be helpful to provide early intervention, reduces crisis escalation, and builds self-efficacy through practical and psychologically informed tools.

Suitable for adolescents (16+), college students, and young working professionals who struggle with task avoidance, perfectionism, anxiety, or overwhelm.
