Who should attend:
Anyone Age 18+years, adults who feel "stuck" in cycles of anxiety or low mood. If you often feel like a small child in an adult’s world—overwhelmed by expectations or silenced by fear—these sessions will provide the tools to help your "Adult Self" step in and lead with compassion.
What to expect:
