A passionate and ever enthusiastic Crisis Counsellor, aspiring to become a relationship counsellor. Equipped with empathetic response skills, advanced crisis counselling training, conflict resolution techniques and cathartic abilities, Vanshika aims to change lives through words that heal. She focuses on creating spaces that are judgement-free, enable conversations, and let you be vulnerable without fear. Vanshika has 400+ hours of crisis counselling at Vandrevala Foundation via chat and call, where she Implemented Ladder-up Assessments, developed Safety plans and formulated Case Histories for those experiencing Suicidal ideation or self-harm impulses, Applied Evidence-Based grounding and coping techniques tailored to client’s concerns to help mitigate anxiety, panic attacks and other crisis episodes.
She has Conducted 30+ structured Group Therapy sessions on sensitive topics including Queer Immersion, Anger Management, and Social Skills Development. Had done observership at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore.
