With MSc. in Clinical Psychology and 600+ hours of clinical internship experience, Sakshi's primary therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-oriented and integrative. This means she loves blending ideas from different frameworks, particularly from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, person-centred approach, and mindfulness-based modalities like ACT. The ultimate goal is to create a culturally inclusive, tailor-made safe space. She strives to work with the client at a pace that they find comfortable and to look at concerns holistically, with curiosity rather than judgement.
She has also completed two trauma-based certificate courses (Psychological First Aid by John Hopkins University and Trauma-Informed Care by Deborah Grey-1MILLIONHOME) and strives to be trauma-informed and queer-affirmative.

Her practice emphasizes contemporary, interactive approach, including modern mindfulness techniques and therapeutic interventions.
