In a world of constant rush, multitask, and keeping up, mindfulness invites us to pause and reconnect with present moment. This group explores how small moments of awareness can help us respond to thoughts and emotions with greater calm and clarity. Together, we’ll discover simple ways to bring mindfulness into everyday life, as a way of being more present with ourselves.

Who should attend:
Anyone above age 16+ years who feels overwhelmed, mentally busy, easily distracted, or caught up in overthinking. It can be especially helpful for those who find it difficult to slow down, stay present, manage everyday stress, or create moments of calm amidst a busy routine.
What to expect:
Using guided meditation, gentle movement, and mindful awareness exercises, participants learn to stay present, respond rather than react, and build greater self-compassion. Through supportive environment to practice these skills.
