When the way you see your body starts shaping the way you see yourself. This group explores how our relationship with our bodies is shaped by life experiences, societal expectations, comparison, and self-talk, helping participants move beyond shame and self-criticism toward a healthier, more flexible, and compassionate relationship with the body they live in.

Who should attend:
This group is designed for adults (18+) who want to build a healthier relationship with their bodies. It is especially suitable for those who struggle with body dissatisfaction, frequent comparison, appearance-related self-criticism, or the pressure to constantly change or improve how they look.
What to expect:
Develop a healthier relationship with your body, understand and challenge appearance-based self-criticism, reduce comparison and body shame, and learn to relate to yourself with greater acceptance, awareness, and compassion. Cultivate a more flexible and accepting relationship with your body.
