Sometimes the biggest obstacle isn’t what’s happening around us, but the patterns that quietly get in our own way. Explore how self-sabotage can show up not only in our goals and choices, but also in our relationships. Learn to recognize self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors, understand what drives them, and begin choosing responses that support the life you actually want.

Who should attend:
Anyone above age 16+ years who notices patterns of procrastination, avoidance, overthinking, giving up, pushing people away, withdrawing, or repeatedly doing things that work against their own goals, relationships, and wellbeing.
What to expect:
Identify your personal patterns of self-sabotage and explore what may be underneath them. Look at how these patterns can affect both personal goals and relationships, and practice more helpful ways of responding.
