Not all wounds are visible. Sometimes, what stays with us is what we needed but didn’t receive. This group explores how unmet emotional needs in childhood can shape the way we understand ourselves, manage emotions, seek support, and connect with others today, and creates space to develop healthier ways of meeting those needs now.

Who should attend:
Anyone above 16+ age who feels disconnected from their emotions, struggles to identify or express their needs, finds it difficult to ask for support, experiences low self-worth or self-criticism, or notices recurring patterns in relationships that may be connected to earlier experiences.
What to expect:
Understand childhood emotional neglect and how it may affect thoughts, emotions, relationships, and coping. Recognise missed emotional needs, build self-compassion and emotional regulation, and explore healthier ways to meet your needs today.
