This is a four-session series that provides a supportive, non-judgmental space for women to explore the social, emotional, relational experiences shaping their lives. Through guided discussions, reflective activities, and practical exercises, the series will explore themes such as hidden patriarchy and societal expectations, body image and self-worth, financial independence, identity beyond social roles, personal boundaries, and physical and emotional safety. Participants will be encouraged to question limiting gender norms, strengthen self-awareness and assertive communication, explore ways to safeguard themselves and recognise when and how to seek support. The series will also focus on fostering greater confidence, autonomy, solidarity, and a sense of agency in navigating everyday life.
